Imlaha helps you fill common web forms using details you save in your browser. It has no developer-operated server, user account, advertising, analytics service, cloud sync, or remote AI service. The developer does not receive your profile, CV text, form contents, or activity counters.

Data handled on your device

You can save names, contact details, addresses, education, employment, certifications, links, preferences, and answers you choose to reuse. Optional salary, date-of-birth and nationality details are handled only if supplied. Pasted CV text is processed in the Settings page; selected extracted values enter your draft and are stored only when you save.

When you invoke Imlaha on a supported HTTPS page, it reads form structure such as labels, types, options, validation rules, the page origin, and whether fields are empty. It does not record general browsing history or run a background keystroke recorder. The latest scan and temporary website pauses are held in browser-session memory. A requested save/correction operation can read the specific field you chose and show the result before saving it. Persistent website blocks and local activity counts are stored on the device.

Storage and access

Saved profiles, saved answers, persistent website blocks, and activity counters use AES-256-GCM encryption. A non-exportable encryption key is kept in the extension's local IndexedDB database and used automatically. Your interface language is stored as an ordinary local preference. There is no password for normal use. Older plaintext profiles are encrypted automatically when opened. An older password-encrypted profile may need its previous password once to preserve the saved data; that password is not saved.

This encryption does not prevent someone using the same browser profile from opening Imlaha and viewing your details. It is not protection against a compromised browser, operating system, extension, or a person with full access to your browser files. There is no remote key backup or recovery service. Chrome may synchronize your installed-extension list independently; Imlaha does not use Chrome Sync to synchronize its data.

What a website receives

Clicking Fill this page shares confident, eligible matches with the active website. The side panel lets you inspect and select fields individually; sensitive or uncertain fields need review. Existing field contents are preserved unless you explicitly select replacement. The extension never submits a form or clicks consent controls.

A website and scripts it loads can read or transmit a value as soon as it is inserted, including before submission. Undo restores the previous field contents but cannot retract information a website has already observed. Imlaha makes no product-server network requests and does not send your information to the developer or to analytics, advertising, or AI providers. Websites receiving the values you choose have their own privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

Saved details stay in this browser profile until you edit or delete them, clear extension data, or uninstall the extension. Delete everything in Settings removes the saved profile, answers, website blocks, local counters, and current session data. The interface language and an unused device key may remain. Session scans are also cleared when their tab closes or navigates. Undo information lives in the current page's memory. Deletion does not erase copies a receiving website or an operating-system backup already holds.

Limited Use

Imlaha uses data only to provide its disclosed form-filling features. Its use of information follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is not sold, used for advertising, repurposed for unrelated activities, or used for creditworthiness or lending decisions. The developer does not remotely access or inspect your locally saved information.

Changes and contact

The effective date above changes when this policy is updated. Material changes to data handling will also be described in the extension. For privacy questions, email Imlaha@outlook.com. Do not include personal form contents in a public support post.

Visiting this policy page

This policy describes the Imlaha extension. This portfolio page is hosted on Railway; visiting it requires ordinary web requests, and the hosting provider may process connection metadata such as your IP address and the requested URL to serve the page. Your extension profile and saved form values are not sent to this portfolio. Opening external links is governed by the destination website's privacy practices.

يمكنك حفظ الأسماء وبيانات التواصل والعناوين والتعليم والخبرات والشهادات والروابط والتفضيلات والإجابات التي تختار إعادة استخدامها. لا تُعالج البيانات الاختيارية، مثل الراتب وتاريخ الميلاد والجنسية، إلا إذا أدخلتها. يُعالج نص السيرة الذاتية داخل الإعدادات؛ تدخل القيم التي تختارها في المسودة ولا تُحفظ إلا عند الضغط على «حفظ».

عندما تشغّل الامتداد على صفحة HTTPS مدعومة، يقرأ بنية النموذج، مثل التسميات والأنواع والخيارات وقواعد التحقق وعنوان الموقع وحالة الحقول الفارغة. لا يسجّل سجل تصفح عامًّا ولا يراقب ضغطات المفاتيح في الخلفية. يبقى الفحص الأخير والإيقاف المؤقت للمواقع في ذاكرة جلسة المتصفح. يمكن لميزة حفظ إجابة أو مراجعة تعديل قراءة الحقل الذي تختاره وعرضه قبل الحفظ. تُحفظ المواقع المحظورة دائمًا وعدادات النشاط محليًا.

التخزين والوصول

تُشفّر الملفات المحفوظة والإجابات والمواقع المحظورة وعدادات النشاط باستخدام AES-256-GCM. يُحفظ مفتاح غير قابل للتصدير في قاعدة IndexedDB الخاصة بالامتداد ويُستخدم تلقائيًا. تُحفظ لغة الواجهة كتفضيل محلي عادي. لا توجد كلمة مرور للاستخدام المعتاد. تُشفّر الملفات القديمة غير المشفّرة تلقائيًا عند فتحها. قد يحتاج الملف القديم المحمي بكلمة مرور إلى كلمته السابقة مرة واحدة للاحتفاظ بالبيانات، ولا تُحفظ كلمة المرور.

لا يمنع هذا التشفير شخصًا يستخدم ملف المتصفح نفسه من فتح «املأها» ورؤية بياناتك. ولا يحمي من اختراق المتصفح أو نظام التشغيل أو الامتداد أو الوصول الكامل إلى ملفات المتصفح. لا توجد خدمة نسخ احتياطي للمفتاح أو استرجاع عن بُعد. لا يستخدم «املأها» مزامنة Chrome لنقل بياناته.

ما يستقبله الموقع

عند الضغط على «عبّئ هذه الصفحة»، تُشارك المطابقات المؤكدة والمؤهلة مع الموقع النشط. تتيح اللوحة الجانبية مراجعة الحقول واختيارها، وتتطلب الحقول الحسّاسة أو غير المؤكدة مراجعة. تبقى القيم الموجودة ما لم تختَر استبدالها. لا يرسل الامتداد النموذج ولا يضغط أزرار الموافقة.

يستطيع الموقع والبرامج التي يحمّلها قراءة القيمة أو إرسالها فور إدراجها، حتى قبل إرسال النموذج. يعيد «تراجع» المحتوى السابق، لكنه لا يسترجع معلومة رآها الموقع بالفعل. لا يرسل الامتداد بياناتك إلى المطوّر أو مزوّدي الإعلانات أو التحليلات أو الذكاء الاصطناعي. تخضع المواقع التي تختار مشاركة القيم معها لسياساتها الخاصة.

مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

تبقى البيانات في ملف المتصفح حتى تعديلها أو حذفها أو مسح بيانات الامتداد أو إزالته. يحذف «حذف كل شيء» الملف والإجابات وحظر المواقع والعدادات وبيانات الجلسة الحالية. قد تبقى لغة الواجهة ومفتاح الجهاز غير المستخدم. تُمسح الفحوصات أيضًا عند إغلاق التبويب أو انتقاله. لا يمحو الحذف نسخًا يحتفظ بها موقع استقبل البيانات أو نسخة احتياطية لنظام التشغيل.

الاستخدام المحدود والتواصل

يستخدم «املأها» البيانات لميزات تعبئة النماذج المعلنة فقط، وفق سياسة بيانات المستخدم في سوق Chrome الإلكتروني، بما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود. لا تُباع البيانات ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات أو أغراض غير مرتبطة بالامتداد أو قرارات الجدارة الائتمانية والإقراض. لا يصل المطوّر عن بُعد إلى بياناتك المحفوظة.

زيارة صفحة السياسة

تصف هذه السياسة امتداد «املأها». يُستضاف هذا الموقع على Railway، وتتطلب زيارته طلبات ويب عادية؛ وقد يعالج مزوّد الاستضافة بيانات الاتصال مثل عنوان IP والرابط المطلوب لتقديم الصفحة. لا يُرسل ملف الامتداد أو قيم النماذج المحفوظة إلى هذا الموقع. تخضع الروابط الخارجية لسياسات المواقع التي تنتقل إليها.
